Services:

• Meet with client to determine plan of action, timeline, goals and objectives; sign paperwork

• Coordinate move-in dates with movers, new residence

• Provide Move-In/Out Checklist

• Furniture Sale - Liaison for estate sale, Craig's List, E-Bay, consignment, yard sale

• Home Sale - Declutter, clean out rooms including: kitchen, living areas, office, garage, basement, storage, etc.

• Review contents with client to decide what to keep, purge, donate, shred, recycle, etc.

• Staging items available to update or enhance home.  Remember, "You only have one chance to make a first impression!"

• Arrange for charity pickups, pack up items for donation

• Purchase packing supplies at discounted rate

• Liaison for contractors (i.e., handyman, painter, flooring, home inspector, etc.)

• Arrange for junk removal, disposal of hazardous materials (i.e., paint, insecticides)

• Unpack boxes and room setup by Professional Organizers

• Line cabinets and drawers with shelf paper

• Remove boxes and packing material
